Croissants de boulanger

My first time making croissants and I would have to say that it was hands down, a success!  

This recipe was delightful to make!  It was easy, just took some time.  The dough and butter slab both rise overnight and then the next day all you have to do is roll and form the croissants.

Check out King Arthur Flour’s Website.  If you like breads, they have a TON of recipes for different types of breads and all the recipes are wonderful!  If you want good quality, artisan bread, but don’t have time for double rising or anything like that, try the “No-Knead Bread” recipes.  They take minimal effort, and usually turn out really well.
