25 Days

Life is crazy, but good.  Lydia and I are now at Wheaton with two weeks of class to go before we return to Ohio.  The wedding is pretty much planned and the honeymoon is set.  We are still looking for jobs and places to live when we have time, but we are confident that the Lord will provide when the time is right.  There are only 25 days left!!!  It is hard to keep our minds here at Wheaton.  We want to be married so bad, ha ha.  May the Lord carry us through.

Here at Wheaton we have been quite busy.  Classes are all on English, our native language, but they are tough.  We don’t know quite as much about our own language as we thought!  We also get to see old friends and we’ve met a new one as well.  His name is Ashod, and he is from Armenia.  He’s with a group of Eastern European Christians that have been invited to Wheaton for a seminar.  He is the first Armenian to be at Wheaton as a student.  We were able to sit and talk with him only because we were looking for someone who knew Russian; we wanted to practice.  Well it turned out that the Lord planned for that; Ashod has been an amazing blessing with his words.  What a wonderful thing that people from such different cultures and from different corners of the world can meet and enjoy eachother’s blessings as brothers in Christ!
